Ballet

We follow the Royal Academy of Dance Classical Ballet syllabi starting with Pre- Primary Class Award throughto Advanced 1 Ballet Grades and Vocational.

Ballet is the foundation of all dance styles and promotes good posture, strength, poise and artistry. The first syllabus was written in 1913 and was based on the teaching of the French School from the Paris Opéra. The syllabus has now evolved to promote the English classical style and address the changing needs of Ballet dancers today.

For well-rounded Ballet training, we also offer free syllabus classes as well as pointe development and pointe work classes.
